Danny was called to the Bar in 2007. Prior to coming to the Bar, he practised at top-tier law firms in Sydney and London.

Danny has been advising and representing clients for almost 25 years across a broad range of areas including commercial, equity & trusts, franchise disputes, building & construction, professional liability, professional discipline, corporations, family provisions and wills & estates.

He appears regularly in a wide range of Federal, NSW and ACT Tribunals and Courts in both first instance and appellate matters.

Whether briefed on behalf of a plaintiff or a defendant, Danny’s constant focus is to marshal his experience and expertise to work in collaboration with his instructing lawyers so as to achieve an expeditious, cost effective and commercially sensible outcome for the client.

Danny is also committed to the sharing of legal knowledge. He has written and presented on various topics of importance to litigation, including expert evidence, lawyer’s ethical obligations, client legal privilege and legal research. He is also an adjunct lecturer for the College of Law’s LLM Program.
