Ken Archer

Ken Archer is a senior member of the ACT Bar. Prior to coming to the Bar in 2003 he was the Deputy Director of Public Prosecutions, having acted as a prosecutor for over 15 years. As a barrister, Ken has developed a busy practice in criminal defence work including in the appellate jurisdiction of the Supreme Court. Ken also specialises in tribunal and coronial work. Ken has been an active member of the Bar Association and during 2016 and 2017 was the President of the ACT Bar Association and Director of the Law Council of Australia.
