Dr Michael Eburn was first called to the Bar in 1991. Today he conducts a specialist practice in emergency services and emergency management law. A recognised national expert in the field, and the author of the book ‘Emergency Law’ (4th ed, Federation Press 2013), Dr Eburn can advise on the legal issues in all aspects of emergency management, from prevention to response and recovery. His clients have included both private and public sector emergency responders as well as those looking to incorporate emergency planning into their business or undertaking.
